Draftsman
Job Duties:
Prepare general submission plans, design and tender drawings, etc.;
Maintain the update the drawing records; and
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Architectural Studies or any other disciplines related to Drafting and Design for building projects;
5 years’ relevant experience in renovation, alterations and additions, and interior contracting projects;
Familiar with AutoCAD and Microstation; and
Good command of written English and Chinese.
