Planning Manager
Job Duties:
Prepare and update project programme for building and interior contracting projects;
Conduct preliminary works of project tender, and prepare tender programmes for submission;
Monitor the progress of the works and be responsible for programme management;
Make a comparison between planned and actual progress and provide alternatives of construction methods;
Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors for coordination of project planning, claims preparation works, etc.; and
Report the summary of work progress regularly.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
7 years’ experience in construction planning and programming works;
Familiar with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project;
Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills; and
Fluency in both written & spoken English.
