Job Duties:
  • Prepare and update project programme for building and interior contracting projects;
  • Conduct preliminary works of project tender, and prepare tender programmes for submission;
  • Monitor the progress of the works and be responsible for programme management;
  • Make a comparison between planned and actual progress and provide alternatives of construction methods;
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors for coordination of project planning, claims preparation works, etc.; and
  • Report the summary of work progress regularly.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
  • 7 years’ experience in construction planning and programming works;
  • Familiar with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project;
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills; and
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English.
