(助理 / 高级) 品质保证主任

Job Duties:
  • Implement and maintain the company quality management system including the management plan, quality standards, policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date documentation and records;
  • Assist in developing the company quality standards, guidelines, test methods and acceptance criteria, and inspection checklists;
  • Plan and conduct the internal quality audit, site inspection and training; review on all kinds of quality-related issues for continuous improvement;
  • Monitor the progress to ensure timely completion of any quality issue defined during the quality check and inspection;
  • Perform external auditing on suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the company quality standards;
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Science / Engineering / Construction discipline;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality-related matters in the construction industry;
  • Relevant professional qualification in quality is an advantage;
  • Proficient in quality requirements in the construction industry;
  • Proficient in reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English and Chinese;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure;
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as the Senior Quality Assurance Officer.
