Last week, we held the traditional Bai-Sun Ceremony together with representatives from our client, Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), and their consultants, DLN Architects, C M Wong & Associates, Meinhardt and Rider Levett Bucknall, to celebrate the start of construction for Hung Shui Kiu Phase II.

Paul Y. thanks HKHS for entrusting us with the delivery of a 2nd Dedicated Rehousing Estate (DRE) project in the same area as the first, Hung Shui Kiu Phase I, which is in full swing. As part of the ceremony, representatives of the parties carved roasted pigs and made offerings to bless the project and the project team for the smooth and safe progress and successful completion of the project.

On completion, this DRE project will provide approximately 962 residential units for eligible households affected by the Government's development clearance or the urban renewal programme. As always, we look forward to working closely with HKHS and other project stakeholders to provide comfortable homes and housing to the community as a whole.
