Paul Y. is pleased to learn that Blissful Place at Lee Kung Street Hung Hom, the third project under the Senior Citizen Residences Scheme of Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) is expected to welcome its first batch of residents in July this year following successful completion of the project in January.
Blissful Place opens a new chapter of modern day dedicated housing for senior citizens with comprehensive facilities to provide one-stop care and lifestyle services to cater to the needs of the elderly in terms of medical, recreational and leisure facilities. We thank HKHS for entrusting us with the delivery of this project.
Paul Y. also delivered The Tanner Hill in 2015 for HKHS, Hong Kong’s first non-subsidised housing for senior citizens and is currently constructing HKHS’ Mixed Housing Development at Pak Wo Road, Fanling, a Dedicated Rehousing Estate, due to complete in 2024, which provides some units for senior citizens under the Senior Citizen Residences Scheme.
Show flats at Blissful Place will be open to the general public from 25 March.
