This residential development project comprised construction of fourteenth 35 to 48-storey towers including a three-storey basement and podium underneath, and associated external/landscaping works. The number of residential flats totalled 1,174, including 23 simplex and duplex units. As a sustainable, environmental-friendly development, the complex adopted precast façade and drywall installations for the external and internal wall construction of the residential towers. The pre-fabricated constructions minimised construction waste and sped up construction of the external envelope. Residence Bel-Air Phase 1 was a Finalist (Residential Category) of the Quality Building Awards 2008.
