Located at the junction of Shouson Hill Road West and Wong Chuk Hang Path, this high-end private residential development involved the construction of 15 houses, 1 level basement and 2 levels podium, with a total CFA of 16,498.49 square metres. Precast facades were used for the external walls of the buildings in this project, while BIM technology was adopted for clash analysis and 4D simulation. Valuable old trees in the surrounding area were protected and preserved during construction.
