Mount Anderson is a private residential development located at the existing Anderson Road Quarry site. Works involved the construction of 4-storey tower blocks including one 9-storey and three 20-storey respectively, site formation and the foundation works etc, providing a total of 334 flats.

This project focus on the concept of " intergenerational harmony community". 10% of the units will be allocated as elderly-friendly units. The kitchens, toilets and corridors of the units will be larger and wider, and there will be more handrails in the bathrooms and common areas. Color signs will also be added for the convenience of elderly with weaker eyesight.
