The Tanner Hill is the Hong Kong Housing Society's first non-subsidised retirement housing complex. The development provides complete homecare and healthcare services and other facilities for retired tenants aged 60 or above. The project comprised construction of one 29-storey and two 24-storey residential towers providing 588 apartments, an eight-storey podium with residential care accommodation, a day-care centre, residence clubhouse, member's club, commercial area, E&M rooms, carpark, and two shuttle lift towers. The total CFA was 68,117 square metres.
