This award-winning project involved construction of the southern half of the Kennedy Town Swimming Pool complex, which covered a CFA of approximately 9,200 square metres. Scope included piling (56 bored piles), ELS, U/G Drainage, E&M, swimming pool water treatment system and lift installation, as well as construction of an indoor multi-purpose pool, indoor training pool, indoor jacuzzis, changing rooms, a First Aid room and the interface with Phase I and other improvement works.

The project won the prestigious NEC Large Project of the Year 2016 award from the NEC Users' Group in London, UK. PYE is the first Hong Kong contractor to win this prestigious honour.
