Studio City, Macau's Hollywood-themed resort, is one of the most diversified entertainment complexes in the world.

The project comprised lower ground level, four podium levels, and two 37 to 41-storey hotel towers providing about 1,600 hotel rooms. With a site area of 130,789 square metres and gross floor area of 425,000 square metres, it is the largest project ever undertaken by Paul Y. in Macau. Although scheduled for completion in 31 months – a challenging target in terms of size and resources – it was completed ahead of schedule, in just 28 months.
