The project comprises the construction of two 25-storey residential towers providing 373 living units for students and management staff, a 5-storey aboveground and 4 levels of basements or semi-basements. It also involved the construction of a 5-storey podium with common space, canteen and supporting facilities; a 9-storey Academic Building with Sports Centre; and a car parking space with loading and unloading facilities.
