The construction of the temporary quarantine facilities at Mini Soccer Pitch of Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre, is a project awarded by the Architectural Services Department. The project adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) comprises the construction of 99 independent units, quarantine facilities and infrastructure, site formation and E&M works.

These three blocks of three-storey facilities were successfully completed within 84 days. The site works and modules fabrication were conducted simultaneously in Hong Kong and Malaysia.  Our project team also deployed the Candle-Loc Connection System, which is exclusively licensed to Paul Y. – iMax, to facilitate the construction. It allowed speedy module installation that our project team installed 44 MiC units within 12 hours, boosting construction efficiency.
