The development comprised construction of an ultra-luxurious 23-storey hotel complex in Coloane, Macau, including a building that stood 88 metres tall with 200 villas ranging from 200 to 2,000 square metres in size. The building’s façade utilises an innovative three-layer curtain wall, crowned by faceted glass Diamond, while its atrium features one of the world’s then largest outdoor green walls, a vertical garden of nearly two million plants. The development also included a boutique retail, restaurants and entertainment facilities.

Top-down construction was used to build the basement and BIM simulation was used throughout the entire project to ensure accuracy in construction. 1:1 mock-ups were created and some complex features were prefabricated to streamline construction process, while computer-aided technologies were employed to enhance building efficiency.
