Data Technology Hub (DT Hub) of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks is located at 5 Chun Cheong Road, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate. Covering an area of over 290,000 square feet, the project entailed an 11-storey office tower and a two-storey podium that includes retail shops, dining area, professional convention and exhibition venue, green roof and a basement with over 90 private car-parking spaces. The 220,000 square feet office offers 3.5-metre clear height high ceilings and 400 millimeter raised floor and built-in exclusive trunk bundled for rack enclosures and cable management. On-demand 24-hour chilled water supply is available for servers cooling and floor loading is up to 5-7.5kPa for heavy machine installation.
